Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns at our store. All sales are considered final once the item reaches its destination. Refunds will not be provided after an order has been shipped, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or the incorrect product is delivered.
If an order is returned to us, IchiPaws, because of an incorrect or misspelled address, the responsibility lies with the customer, not the shop. Packages may be sent back to us due to:

  • Errors in the provided address;
  • Address changes after ordering;
  • Any other delivery issues beyond our control.

In such cases, customers are required to cover the original shipping cost in full to have the order resent. If the customer declines to pay, no refund will be issued for the order.

Damaged Goods

If an item is damaged during production or shipping, please report it to us via email. Your request must include clear photos of the product and a video of the unboxing process. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost, covering both the item and shipping fees.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are only available if the order has not yet been shipped. To request a refund or cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
We do not offer refunds for orders lost in transit when shipped via the standard, untracked shipping method. However, if your order hasn’t arrived after 8 weeks, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you. For tracked orders marked as delivered, refunds are not available.
Customers who initiate chargebacks will be permanently banned from our store, and all existing and future orders will be canceled and refunded.
